The unrelated arts may be for commercials or some random works or the artists.
And that game looks pretty much like MO and SW together. It actually even makes me think of a ripoff. That creature has mostly the same motions and moves than Abe and he even looks like Abe. =\
Personally for me it looks like a game that was not planned well enough.

The arts in that section are Silvio Aebisher´s works for something. They are not Oddworld related. Maybe Lanning was asking him to make some designs just for fun.
